ATTENTION: Starting today, all credit card payments made to Mid-Florida SHRM will include a fee for tax. This will include website and in person payments. This is necessary due to the increased cost of payment processing. Keep in mind, any payments made by check or cash will not incur additional charges.
1/6/2020 UPDATE: We wanted to make a clarification to this posting. The increase being charged to credit card payments is due to increased service fees by the providers. We incorrectly stated it was a "tax". We realized that this caused some question to those organizations that have special tax circumstances.
Because this is a credit card service fee, any use of credit cards with Mid-Florida SHRM will be subject to the additional fee. As stated, all payments made in cash in person will not be charged.
