    Bio:

    Scott Dimmick is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer with Lakeland Regional Health, a large health system in central Florida, and has over 25 years of experience in the health care industry. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, a Master’s Degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University, and a Master’s Degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University. He has researched and written on the topics of high performance work systems, leadership, organizational change, talent management, and innovation, and has spoken at over 15 national conferences. Scott is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources via the Human Resources Certification Institute, and is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management, and has completed the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. He serves on the Workforce Committee with the Florida Hospital Association, and on the Board of Directors with CareerSource Polk.
