WHY VOLUNTEER?

Volunteering offers vital help to people and organizations in need, provides various assistance to worthwhile causes and positively impacts our community. But, did you know what else volunteering does? Volunteering actually helps reduce stress, keep you mentally stimulated and provides a sense of purpose. As a contributor to the community, Mid-Florida SHRM looks for local opportunities to engage with our community and assist where needed.

  VISTE: Various opportunities quarterly / Contact Jennifer Thereau to sign up.

Volunteer event at VISTE: Saturday May 15^th from 9-11am. Volunteers will help pack grocery and personal care boxes and/or help deliver those boxes to the recipient’s home. Members can reach out to me with any questions Jennifer.thereau@publix.com
