Alan Rosen, a PhD student, is recruiting supervisors to participate in a research study being conducted through Claremont Graduate University examining workplace experiences, including personality, working relationships, and workplace behaviors.
You may be eligible to participate if you:
• Are 19 years of age or older,
• Live in the United States or Canada, and
• Currently supervise at least one employee who reports directly to you.
Participation involves completing an online survey that takes approximately 15 minutes. As part of the study, supervisors will be asked to identify up to three direct-report employees, who may then be invited separately to complete their own confidential survey about their workplace experiences. Participation is voluntary. Supervisors will not have access to employees’ survey responses, and employees will not have access to supervisors’ survey responses. This study is being conducted by Alan Rosen, a doctoral student in Organizational Behavior at Claremont Graduate University, under the supervision of Dr. Stephen Gilliland. CGU IRB Study #5399
