However, most of us have never been taught how to negotiate well and we may even fear sliding into manipulation and cynicism. In this fast-paced presentation, you'll learn great strategies for effective, ethical negotiation and also discover the tricks that may have been used on you in the past so you don't fall prey to them again! We have to understand the psychology at play during the negotiation process and that includes our own preferences and temptations.
