TOPIC:       Expectations of Human Resources

SUMMARY: Please join us for our October Monthly Meeting with presentation by Publix's CHRO Marcy Benton.

Marcy, Publix's VP of HR, began her career with Publix in 1992. She moved into HR in 1994 and progressed her way from HR Investigator, to Associate Relations Specialist, to Divisional Associate Relations manager, to Director of Associate Relations, to VP of Talent Management, to her current role as VP of Human Resources for Publix's 1250+ Stores, Distribution Centers, Manufacturing sites, and 220,000 Associates.

Marcy and her team have helped Publix attain its status as a Fortune 100 company, Great Place To Work Legend, and designation at America's largest employee owned company.

Marcy, a Lakeland native, possesses a Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration, an SPHR certification, and is a board member for a variety of local organizations.

Marcy will be speaking on "Expectations of Human Resources"
