She is a highly knowledgeable and results-driven professional in not only HR, but also accounting, and office administration. She has mostly worked with companies focused on SaaS and chemical manufacturing. Areas of focus include: Recruitment/Onboarding Training/Development Performance Evaluation and Improvement Wellness/Mental Health Policy and Procedure Design Implementation of Software and Systems Payroll Administration Compensation and Benefits Administration Employee Engagement Employee Relations/Coaching Regulatory Compliance Community Outreach Vickie holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Justice Studies from Frostburg State University. She has been an active member of National SHRM and is a former board member of Frederick County, MD SHRM. Currently, she is an active Member with Mid-Florida SHRM and serves as the VP of Membership. She is Mental Health First Aid Certified.
