Moreover, this presentation will discuss investigation best practices, and how performing good work on the front-end will help put your company in a better position should a Charge, Demand Letter, or Lawsuit come to fruition.

Bio:

Luis graduated from Miami-Dade College with an AA in Psychology in 2010. He graduated from Florida International University in 2012 with a BA in Psychology in 2012 and then graduated from Barry Law in 2015 with his Juris Doctor. Luis am a former prosecutor and defense attorney who practiced criminal law for 3 years in Central Florida. The last five years of his career has been focused on Employment Law and Investigations.
