Great leaders demonstrate many characteristics, but there are five qualities that consistently define high-performing, purposeful and inspiring leaders. In Emily’s presentation she will illuminate each of these qualities, provide a compelling description of how these traits are embodied in the most successful leaders, and reveal the many advantages female leaders possess.

In 2013 she formed her business, Emily Rogers Consulting + Coaching, which exists to support leaders and teams and growing and realizing their full potential and purposeful and balanced ways.
