Bio:

Dr. Michael Steiner is an executive coach and consultant with a passion for empowering high level leaders to unlock their potential, develop sound strategies and enhance their leadership capabilities. As the founder of Steiner Solutions, an executive coaching firm, he has helped numerous clients to achieve their goals and navigate complex business challenges with confidence and clarity.

Dr. Steiner also holds the position of Vice President for Innovation at Southeastern University, a masters-level private liberal arts institution that has been recognized as the second fastest growing university in the nation by the Chronicle of Higher Education. In this role, he has been instrumental in executing the university's vision for the future and leading initiatives that promote innovation, growth and excellence.

In addition to his administrative duties, Dr. Steiner is an accomplished educator and mentor. He teaches strategic management in the College of Business and serves as a directed studies advisor for the Masters of Organizational Leadership program, where he shares his expertise and insights with the next generation of leaders.
