Speaker: Marty Bryson
Topic: Delivering Impactful Performance Feedback
One of the toughest jobs of managing employees is addressing performance challenges in a manner that inspires rather than deflates their motivation to improve. This presentation will provide tools and techniques to deliver negative feedback in an effective manner that puts the employee at ease, clearly defines the issue, and encourages mutual discussion.
Words matter. Preplanning what to say and how to say it, can bring about open and authentic communication. When employees feel appreciated as an individual, they strive for stronger performance and collaboration on achieving results.
