Bio:

Amanda L. Walls is a shareholder with the firm and practices in the firm’s Lakeland office. She provides general counsel for business clients of various sizes, types, and industries with a focus on entity formation, corporate governance, business transactions, as well as labor and employment law compliance. She is experienced in matters involving wages and hours of work, medical and other leaves of absence, workplace safety, labor relations, age, race, gender, disability and religious discrimination, and trade secrets. She is also skilled in drafting employment agreements as well as reviewing and developing corporate policies, contracts, and governance documents
