Speaker Bio:

Dr. Tracy Whitfield is a seasoned higher education professor with over ten years of professional teaching experience. Dr. Whitfield’s professional experience encompasses teaching in University and Community College environments. She has taught students in different class settings such as in-class and hybrid course atmospheres. Her areas of teaching proficiency are Business Management, Business Ethics, Human Resources, Accounting and Introduction to Computer courses, just to name a few.

In addition to her teaching experience, Dr. Whitfield has earned multiple degrees. Dr. Whitfield has received two Bachelor degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems. She earned an Masters of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Technology Management degree and furthered her education with a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Information Systems and Technology degree. Currently, Dr. Whitfield is the Bachelor of Arts Business Administration Program Director for Keiser University at the Lakeland campus, where she also teaches classes. Dr. Whitfield has had the privilege of being a guest speaker at the Haines City Chamber, SHRM, and Career Source Polk leading seminars on a variety of business topics.
