Benefits (Cost savings strategies in Healthcare)

Join us for an insightful meeting focused on building a strategy for employee benefits and taking a strategic approach to developing a 3-year tactical roadmap.

When it comes to employee benefits, many employers function reactively, and at a tactical level (GLP-1s, anybody?) But - not as may employers think strategically about their benefits offerings to achieve a larger total rewards philosophy.

Speaker Bio:

John is a nationally recognized total rewards, employee benefits and human resources leader at Fortune 100 and Best Places to Work employers with over 30 years of experience. He has a demonstrated history of, and passion for:

  • developing teams through open and effective collaboration,

  • strategically delivering total rewards programs that balance leading employee relations results with effective fiscal management to maximize investment in people as a company’s most valuable resource of all.

John spent over 25 years with a large regional grocery chain in HR and Benefits before joining Ferguson. At Ferguson, John is responsible for Total Rewards strategy and design. Over the past year, John’s COE team:
