Most importantly, you’ll learn practical strategies for handling these scenarios and avoiding common legal pitfalls.

Speaker Bio:

Amanda L. Walls is a shareholder at Peterson & Myers in the firm’s Lakeland office. She serves as general counsel to businesses of all sizes and industries, with a focus on entity formation, corporate governance, business transactions, and labor and employment compliance. Amanda advises on issues involving wage and hour laws, employee leave, workplace safety, labor relations, discrimination, and trade secrets. She also drafts employment agreements and develops corporate policies, contracts, and governance documents.
