HR PATHWAYS & PERSPECTIVES
This virtual monthly series features a panel of HR leaders representing diversity in demographics, industry experience, HR function, and level who share stories and insights from their HR career journey. Sessions are open to members and non-members.

HR TALENT ACCELERATOR | October 2025 Cohort
The program is designed to expand and diversify networks, level up skills, and increase access to career growth opportunities for HR students and emerging HR professionals. Each week of the four-week program, we focus on a different aspect of HR ranging from talent acquisition to learning and development and data analytics to inclusion & belonging.
Our next cohort will convene throughout October according to the schedule outlined below.
- Oct 2 | 6:00-7:30pm ET | Focus: Talent Acquisition & Employee Onboarding
- Oct 9 | 6:00-7:30pm ET | Focus: Learning & Development
- Oct 16 | 6:00-7:30pm ET | Focus: Data Analytics
- Oct 23 | 6:00-7:30pm ET | Focus: Inclusion & Belonging
We secure mentors for each weekly session which runs for 90 minutes and includes both a large group facilitated 30-minute discussion on the topic with guiding questions shared in advance plus a project-based learning challenge that engages the mentors and students in small groups. Mentors support their group with coaching and feedback as they work on the project-based learning challenge.
Participants who complete at least three of the four sessions earn a Certificate of Achievement and up to 6 professional development credits annually.
