As we prepare for our upcoming conference, we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us create a welcoming and seamless experience for our attendees. Your support truly makes a difference, and we’d love to have you involved!
Set-Up Volunteers (Day Before, April 6th | 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
(10+ volunteers needed)
Help us get everything ready by assisting with:

Decorating tables in the meeting room

Organizing name tags at registration

Stuffing conference bags

Setting up the SHRM Mid-Florida table
Morning Volunteer Opportunities (7:00 a.m. – 8:15 a.m.)
Greeters (4 volunteers needed)

2 stationed at the entrance by the stairs

2 stationed at the back entrance

Welcome attendees and help direct them upon arrival
Registration Team (3 volunteers needed)
Seating Hosts/Hostesses (2 volunteers needed)

Located inside the meeting room

Help guide attendees to their tables

Note: Reserved tables will be designated for sponsors, speakers, and group ticket holders; all other seating is open
SHRM Mid-Florida Table Coverage (4–8 volunteers total)
We’re looking for at least one volunteer during each of the following times:
